Guidelines for Full Paper Submission
Authors of accepted conference papers are invited to submit a full-length original research article prepared in accordance with the guidelines below.
- Manuscript Requirements
- Word limit: maximum 8,000 words, excluding footnotes and references.
- Abstract: 200 words summarizing the research problem, the methodology or approach, and the principal argument or findings.
- Keywords: 4-6 keywords.
- Referencing style: APA 7th edition, applied consistently to in-text citations and the reference list.
- File format: Microsoft Word (docx).
- Article Format
- Follow a standard journal-article format appropriate to the discipline, subject matter, and methodology. No fixed section structure is required.
- Clearly present the research problem or objective, the relevant context, the methodology or analytical approach where applicable, the main analysis or findings, and the conclusion.
- Present the manuscript as an article, not as thesis or dissertation chapters.
- Use clear headings and subheadings. Numbering such as 1., 1.1, and 1.1.1 may be used where appropriate.
- Number and title all tables and figures, refer to them in the text, and provide source information where applicable.
- Files for Double-Blind Review
Submit the following two separate files. The manuscript title must be identical in both.
- Anonymized manuscript: Anonymized manuscript: the entire article, including tables, figures, footnotes, and references, with no author identifying information.
- Separate title page: title, full author(s) details (designation, affiliation, email, ORCID), corresponding-author details; and declarations on originality, funding, conflicts of interest, generative-AI use, research ethics, and permissions.
- Authors remain fully responsible for the accuracy, originality, citations, and final content of the manuscript.
